About the event
Join us as we explore the trails and run through stunning Coleshill, Winchmore Hill & Penn.
The run is completely free and yes, your four-legged friends are welcome to join too!
We will start at Kinetic Barn run 5km dropping off those who wish to stop. We will then continue towards Winchmore Hill and Penn before completing the 10-12km loop back to the barn.
If you're bringing your dog along, please remember to pack water and a portable bowl for them and be sure to bring a lead or harness, as we'll be crossing a few roads and passing through horse fields.
Parking is free and available at the gym.
