About the event
Join us as we explore the trails and run from Bourne End down the river towards Cookham
We will start at the Spade Oak pub in Bourne End, we will then continue towards Cookham completing a 10-12km loop.
The run is completely free and yes, your four-legged friends are welcome to join too!
If you're bringing your dog along, please remember to pack water and a portable bowl for them and be sure to bring a lead or harness, as we'll be passing through cow fields.
