How can Anna help you?
Anna has been teaching and practising Pilates since 2013 and is a fully-comprehensive Pilates teacher, having trained under 2nd generation master trainer, Amy Kellow. Anna teaches the Pilates method as originally designed by Joseph Pilates himself. She focuses on precise, controlled movements initiating from the powerhouse (or core).
Anna is also a level 4 qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in the management of low back pain and exercise for cancer rehabilitation. Anna holds additional qualifications in pre- and post-natal fitness, exercise referral and is a level 3 / 200hrs Yoga instructor.
